There are three pre-enrolment periods to access to the Doctoral Programme in Humanistic Studies:
Stage one of pre-enrolment: September 5th to October 31st 2017
Stage two of pre-enrolment: January 9th to February 28th 2018
Stage three of pre-enrolment (at the request of the programme coordinator): the deadline for registration is June 15th
See the PhD student calendar.
You can only do your registration during this period if you have funding for the doctoral programme. As well as having to comply with the requirements for accessing the doctoral course, you must also send the funding document to the Postgraduate and Doctoral School.
You must do your pre-registration online:
- When you complete the pre-registration process, you can print off and save your pre-registration form.
- If you are an international student, you will receive an email informing you of the documentation that you need to present so that your application can be evaluated.
- Once you have completed the online pre-registration process, you must send the corresponding documentation in pdf format to the Postgraduate and Doctoral School.
Remember that your application cannot be evaluated without the necessary documentation. Therefore it is very important that you prepare your documentation before you begin the pre-registration process.
Remember that all communications, including the result of your application to doctoral studies, will be conducted using the email address that you provided during the pre-registration process. Ensure that you give the correct email address.
